When something happens in Emberly, choose what happens next.

1. STEP 01Open Company › Automations.
2. STEP 02Pick a starter, or tap New automation and choose what starts it, like a customer confirming a visit.
3. STEP 03Add steps: email the customer or office, change the job status, add a note or cancel bookings.
4. STEP 04Use fill-ins like {{customer_name}} and {{visit_date}} in emails, then save and switch it on.
