Creating and sending certificates

Fill in BS 5839-1 Annex G and other certificates on your phone and send a branded PDF.

1. STEP 01Tap Create cert on a visit, or open Certificates › New certificate.
2. STEP 02Choose the type: design, installation, commissioning, acceptance, servicing, emergency lighting, extinguishers, AOV, asset register and more.
3. STEP 03Pick the saved client, fill in the sections and sign on screen.
4. STEP 04Download or email the PDF. It's saved to the job and the client's record automatically.
