Servicing a site by scanning devices
Pro plan feature
Label every device, then scan each one with your phone as you test it.
- STEP 01Open the site and go to Devices. Add devices by hand, import a panel CSV, or copy them from an asset register.
- STEP 02Tap Print and choose QR labels or barcode labels. Stick one on each device.
- STEP 03On site, tap Start service and allow the camera.
- STEP 04Scan each device and choose Pass, Fail or No access. You can also type a code.
- STEP 05Check the untested list by zone, then tap Finish to prefill the servicing certificate.
Existing barcodes
The scanner also reads standard barcodes, so manufacturer or asset-tag stickers already on site can be used.
