- STEP 01Open Company › Quotes & invoices (or Billing from a job).
- STEP 02Tap New quote or New invoice and choose the client and job.
- STEP 03Add lines from Products & services or type your own. Clocked hours can be added as a labour line.
- STEP 04Save and tap Email to send the PDF, then mark it sent, accepted or paid.
- STEP 05Convert an accepted quote into an invoice in one tap.
Xero (Pro)
Connect Xero under Company › Xero to send quotes and invoices across, and have paid invoices marked paid in Emberly automatically.
Who can see prices
Under Company › Team you can stop engineers seeing billing or prices.
